STEST olarak, çevresel test altyapımızı sürekli güçlendiriyoruz. Envanterimize kattığımız 15 °C/dakika rampalı ESS (Environmental Stress Screening) test odası, ürünlerin güvenilirlik ve dayanıklılığını doğrulama süreçlerinde önemli bir kapasite artışı sağlamaktadır.
Bu yeni yatırım ile:

Products of main vehicle manufacturers (OEM) and electrical-electronic parts (ESA) used in the automotive industry must meet the legal requirements of electromagnetic tests such as emission and immunity within the scope of EMC.
European Union full vehicle type approval is based on the framework directives 2007/46/EC for motor vehicles and their trailers, 168/2013/EU for motorcycles and 3-wheeled vehicles, and 167/2013/EU for agricultural tractors. According to these framework directives, vehicles and components must meet the conditions of ECE R10 (72/245/EEC), 2009/64/EC, 2015/208/EU, 97/27/EC regulations according to the vehicle classes to which they are connected.
As STEST, we can carry out tests on motor vehicles and electrical and electronic parts in our Anechoic Emc Test Chamber.

Among the automotive tests, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air conditioning and Refrigeration) tests can be performed as European Union type approval tests and as R&D tests in our 22-meter-long Drive-In Test room operating between -45°C and +80°C. In our TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 Accredited Environmental Test Center, tests are carried out in accordance with the technical specifications and defined test conditions of Engine Cooling Module, Radiators, Heating-Ventilation-Air Conditioning System and Electric vehicles and their components.
As STEST, we have added Acceleration Test according to MIL-STD-810F/G/H and RTCA DO 160 Standards to our capabilities.

With our mobile air conditioning cabins, we can perform temperature and humidity tests wherever there is energy. Our air conditioning cabin can operate at temperatures between -65 °C and +80 °C as well as at humidity levels of 20% RH-95% RH.
