Drop Tester

Package drop testing is used to determine the impact of impact on packaging during use, transportation, loading and unloading. Strictly designed LABTONE guarantees “1G+” accuracy. In addition to straight plane drop testing, it can also perform edge drop and corner drop testing to make a complete assessment of the performance of the package and product.

Drop Tester for Portable Devices
DT2 drop tester provides drop impact testing for smartphones, cell phones and other mobile devices. The sample holding system can change the drop posture and provide effective repeatability for drop tests.

Drop Tester for Heavy Package
For large packages with high mass, the vertical drop height during transport will be low and therefore drop testing at a relatively low drop height is needed. Zero Height Drop Tester is mainly used for drop test of large package. It uses an E-shaped fork as a bracket that can move downward quickly, and the sample is placed in balance according to the testing requirements (surface, edge or corner drop test). During the test, the bracket moves quickly downwards in front of the sample with an acceleration greater than 3G to achieve separation of the bracket and the sample and ensure free fall. Standard falling distance varies between 2.54cm-120cm.
