EMI/EMC TEST INFRASTRUCTURE
EMI/EMC tests are among the most critical evaluations used to assess products’ compliance with electromagnetic interference requirements and their ability to operate reliably within electromagnetic environments. These tests aim to ensure that products can function harmoniously with other devices and systems by measuring both the electromagnetic emissions they generate and the levels of interference they can tolerate. ENVIRONMENTAL TEST INFRASTRUCTURE
Environmental testing is an essential testing method used to determine how a product, device, or system will perform under varying environmental conditions. These tests aim to simulate real-world conditions in order to evaluate the durability, reliability, and performance of products. They are generally conducted in accordance with industry standards and specific technical requirements.
The primary objective of environmental testing is to ensure that products operate reliably within their intended applications and operating conditions. These tests assess how a product responds to temperature variations, humidity levels, vibration, pressure, radiation, and other environmental factors. In addition, they support design and manufacturing improvements aimed at enhancing product durability, reliability, and service life.
Environmental testing plays a critical role across a wide range of industries. It is particularly essential in the military, automotive, aerospace, medical device, electronics, and energy sectors to ensure product reliability and compliance. ATP TESTS INFRASTRUCTURE
This applies to heating appliances or mechanical refrigeration units equipped with an evaporator. Mechanical refrigeration units are intended for use with insulated transport equipment. Equipment used for the international transport of perishable foodstuffs shall not be classified as “insulated,” “refrigerated,” “mechanically refrigerated,” “heated,” or “mechanically refrigerated and heated” unless it complies with the specified definitions and standards. Within the scope of ATP Type Tests, these are the test procedures applied to calculate the cooling capacity of refrigeration units installed in vehicle bodies at the specified temperature level.
AUTOMOTIVE TYPE APPROVAL AND CERTIFICATION
As a result of the scope extension assessment conducted by TÜRKAK, a total of 72 test parameters, including 23 test parameters in the field of automotive testing, were included in the accreditation scope, covering EN 10263, EU 2015/208, ECE R10, and numerous European Union standards. Today, services and solution partnerships are provided to many domestic and international organizations in accordance with more than 100 national and international standards.
