Low Temperature Test
MIL-STD-810 F/G/H — RTCA DO 160 G
Low Temperature Test is performed to determine the resistance of the tested sample to lower temperatures than natural environmental conditions. The sample placed in the test cabin is kept for an appropriate period of time under low temperature conditions that will be encountered in real use and/or storage conditions. Low throughout the period of use at temperature Materials or equipment that need to be used in an environment are evaluated according to this test method.
As with the high temperature method (Method 501.5), manufacturers generally conduct low temperature tests in accordance with the MIL-STD-810G Method 502.5 standard to ensure that the devices operate between a maximum of 0 and 50 degrees. Likewise, there are two procedures within the scope of this standard: storage and operating test.
All types of air conditioning cabins that meet the technical specifications military and tests can be carried out in accordance with civil standards. Tests are carried out in accordance with MIL STD 810, RTCA DO 160 G, especially in the work area.
In order to perform functional tests during testing; In order to prevent air entry/exit, all interfaces of the sample to be tested (communication, power cables, etc.) are removed to the laboratory environment through a hermetic passage through the side ports of our Low Temperature Test Cabinet.
