Electromagnetic vibration test systems cover a wide force range, making them ideal for a broad variety of applications. Electrodynamic shaker systems are well suited for vibration testing of products and structures of all sizes, ranging from small components and electronic equipment to very large devices and assemblies.

The EV Series electromagnetic vibration test system simulates vibration environments under laboratory conditions and enables the evaluation of shock resistance and reliability across various vibration test applications. Using the vibration test system, reproduction and simulation of sinusoidal, random, resonance search and dwell, classical shock, road profile, and similar test profiles can be performed in the laboratory. It is considered an essential test for product quality assurance and new product research and development processes.

The EV Series electromagnetic vibration test system is specifically designed to meet long-duration operation requirements. With a vibration-resistant base mounting, both vertical and horizontal vibrations can be achieved. The standard platform is equipped with a high-efficiency air spring shock isolation system to minimize vibration transmission to the building structure. In most cases, no additional foundation is required.

A complete vibration test system consists of a shaker, power amplifier, and vibration measurement and control system, configured in accordance with relevant national and international standards (e.g. MIL-STD, DIN, ISO, ASTM, IEC, ISTAGB, GJB, JIS).
