Drop Test System for Portable Devices

Drop Test System for Heavy Packages

For large, high-mass packages, the vertical drop height during handling is typically limited, therefore drop testing at relatively low heights is required. The Zero Height Drop Test System is mainly used for drop testing of large packages. It utilizes an E-shaped fork as a bracket that can move rapidly downward, and the specimen is positioned in balance according to the test requirements (flat surface, edge, or corner drop testing). During the test, in order to ensure separation between the bracket and the specimen and to achieve true free fall, the bracket moves downward rapidly in front of the specimen with an acceleration greater than 3G. The standard drop height range varies between 2.54 cm and 120 cm.
