Your Company does not share personal data with third parties in violation of the law.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Pursuant to Article 11 of the PDPL, as data subjects, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data are processed,

  • Request information if your personal data have been processed,

  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with such purpose,

  • Know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,

  • Request correction if personal data are processed incompletely or inaccurately,

  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the PDPL,

  • Request notification of the operations carried out to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,

  • Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing processed data exclusively through automated systems,

  • Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of personal data.
