FREEZING AND THAWING TEST
TURKAK Accredited Testing and Verification
STEST is accredited by the Turkish Accreditation Institution (TURKAK) and carries out its testing and verification activities in an independent, competent, and impartial manner in compliance with national and international standards.
Freezing and Thawing Test
The Freezing and Thawing Test is a purpose-designed environmental test procedure used to evaluate product performance under low-temperature conditions. The test program aims to determine product behavior during freezing, verify performance after thawing, and assess material durability across relevant exposure scenarios. At STEST, these tests are carried out in our specially designed test chamber in accordance with MIL-STD-810 requirements.
Objective Goal
- To evaluate product performance during freezing conditions at low temperatures.
- To assess structural and functional durability throughout freezing and thawing cycles.
Test Scope Scope
- Evaluation of resistance to freezing under low-temperature exposure.
- Post-thaw performance verification and functional checks.
Technical Implementation Process
- Freezing resistance and thawing performance are evaluated under controlled climatic conditions.
- The behavior of materials and electronic components at low temperatures is analyzed in detail.
Application Areas Use
- Electronic and electrical equipment.
- Military, aerospace, and industrial systems.
STEST conducts freezing and thawing tests in accordance with applicable industry standards to evaluate your products’ durability under extreme cold conditions in a reliable and comprehensive manner.
